All Elite Bondage Gear products come with a 1-year warranty that covers major functions and structural integrity.

WHAT WE COVER:

• Broken straps or grab handles
• Tears in the external leather structure (from normal use)
• Hardware defects (broken zippers, buckles, or press studs)

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

• General wear and tear or accidental damage
• Damage due to disregard of product care instructions or water exposure
• Alterations made to the product by third parties
• Natural aging effects on leather, such as patina, scratches, or burnishing

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

• Email us with photos detailing the fault
• .Include your order details, vendor, and date of purchase.
• We’ll respond within 24 hours.

RETURNS

Holiday Returns: For orders placed on or before November 14, our 30-day returns window extends to January 25.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items. If a personalized item is faulty, it will be replaced at no additional charge.
