Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though it often happens faster. This timeline includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once the return arrives (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the refund (5 to 10 business days).

For returns, please contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll respond quickly with instructions on returning your items.

Note: Custom garments are non-refundable.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, though some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.

Once you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. These estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page.

Many items have weight-based shipping rates, as indicated on their detail pages. To align with shipping carrier policies, all item weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound.

Some orders may be shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing facility for faster delivery.
